Since
2018
Maple Bee Farm started as a backyard beehive and a conviction: that the best bread begins with honest ingredients and the patience to let them do their work.
Today we work with three local grain farms, maintain eight honey-producing hives on-site, and bake every day at our Hanover location. Nothing is mass-produced. Nothing leaves our oven without a second look.
48+ hour cold fermentation for depth and digestibility.
Grains, dairy, and fruit from farms within 30 miles.
Every loaf hand-shaped. Nothing automated, nothing rushed.
Hosting baking workshops and supporting local food programs.
Early mornings, flour on the counter, and the kind of satisfaction that only comes from making something real.
We're tucked along Luttenton Road in Hanover — come say hello, browse the shop, and taste what's fresh today.
